Jackson County Grand Jury indicts more than 50 in October. Here's a list.

More than 50 indictments were handed out by the October grand jury.

RIPLEY — Jackson County's Grand Jury sitting in the October term of the circuit court handed over 52 indictments, according to the prosecuting attorney's office. Of these indictments, Nantail and Corey Roberts were both charged with four felonies of child neglect. 

Nantail, 24, and Corey, 22, both of Cottageville, were arrested Aug. 24 after their child was found unresponsive in a car trunk. Both are charged with one count of child neglect resulting in serious bodily injury and three counts of gross child neglect creating a substantial risk of serious bodily injury or death. 

Other indictments handed down in October include: 

  • Chad Mack, 43, of Bowman, South Carolina, conspiracy to commit a felony, transportation into West Virginia to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver cocaine.
  • Anthony Sineath, 56, of Orangeburg, South Carolina, conspiracy to commit a felony, transportation into West Virginia with the intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver cocaine. 
  • Jaylen Bell, 26, of Dewitt, Michigan, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, cocaine, oxycodone, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver alprazolam, conspiracy to commit a drug felony with cocaine, oxycodone and alprazolam. 
  • Kevin Hothorn, 25, of Lansing, Michigan, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, cocaine, oxycodone, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver alprazolam, conspiracy to commit a drug felony with cocaine, oxycodone, alprazolam. 
  • Ty Eshenaur, 21, of Ripley, destruction of property, two counts of domestic battery, two counts of strangulation. 
  • Reion Garrett, 23, of Akron, Ohio, fleeing with reckless indifference, destruction of property, obstructing an officer. 
  • Michael Bailey, 38, of Ravenswood, breaking and entering, destruction of property, petit larceny. 
  • Matthew Archer, 41, of Sandyville, two counts of driving revoked for driving under the influence, domestic assault, obstructing an officer, fleeing on foot. 
  • Thomas Rayoum, 51, of Ripley, two counts of shoplifting.
  • Jacob Gibson, 25, of Parkersburg, grand larceny, conspiracy. 
  • Joshua Allen, 25, Marietta, Ohio, grand larceny, conspiracy. 
  • Jackie Withrow, 38, of Evans, burglary, conspiracy, petit larceny. 
  • Jonathan Stepp, 24, of Given, burglary, conspiracy, petit larceny. 
  • Raymond Thomas, 26, of Kenna, grand larceny, robbery, malicious assault. 
  • Kevin Riter, 37, of Kenna, breaking and entering, grand larceny, two counts of conspiracy. 
  • Thomas Crihfield, 38, of Kenna, breaking and entering, grand larceny, two counts of conspiracy. 
  • Raymond Despasquale, 25, of Ripley, domestic battery.
  • Timothy Wines, 50, of Ripley, three counts of unauthorized use of an access device, strangulation, sexual assault. 
  • Dominque Careathers, 30, of Detroit, Michigan, fleeing with reckless indifference, receiving or transferring stolen vehicle. 
  • Brian Shultz, 31, of Ravenswood, eight counts of fraudulent use of an access device, three counts of conspiracy. 
  • Brian Chapman, 50, of Evans, eight counts of fraudulent use of an access device, three counts of conspiracy. 
  • Gretchen Bailey, 39, of Ravenswood, three counts of forgery, three counts of uttering. 
  • Kandace Holstein, 29, of LeRoy, destruction of property. 
  • Debron Nurse, 19, of Akron, Ohio, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, conspiracy to commit drug felony with intent to deliver methamphetamine, heroin and cocaine. 
  • Ivan Ramos, 21, of Canton, Ohio, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, conspiracy to commit drug felony with intent to deliver methamphetamine, heroin and cocaine. 
  • Dominick Davidson, 24, of Akron, Ohio, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, conspiracy to commit a drug felony with intent to deliver methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine. 
  • Charles Shinn, 52, of Parkersburg, delivery of controlled substance methamphetamine. 
  • Devin Nault, 52, of Ripley, fleeing in vehicle while driving under the influence, two counts of battery on a police officer. 
  • Brian Dunlap, 55, of Evans, six counts of failure to register or failure ro provide notice of registration changes with the state sex offender registry. 
  • John Gibson, 35, of Ripley, two counts of violation of protective order, receiving or transferring stolen goods, stalking. 
  • Randy Larch, 43, of Ripley, three counts of counterfeiting, possession of counterfeit with intent to utter. 
  • Joshua Morton, 25, of Kenna, fraudulent use of an access device, conspiracy. 
  • Samuel Stewart, 37, of Ripley, strangulation. 
  • Steven Beane, 58, of Sandyville, fleeing with reckless indifference, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. 
  • Clifford Clowser, 54, of Ripley, two counts of sexual abuse by parent, guardian, custodian, or person in position of trust, two counts of sexual abuse. 
  • Shawn Carmichael, 34, of Racine, Ohio, shoplifting. 
  • Jason Marcinko, 32, of Hartville, Ohio, four counts of violation of protective order, stalking. 
  • William Kurnot, 35, of Millwood, receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle. 
  • James Anderson, Jr., 41, of Ravenswood, delivery of controlled substance heroin, conspiracy to commit a felony, drug delivery resulting in death.
  • Donna Price, 40, of Ravenswood, delivery of controlled substance heroin, conspiracy to commit a felony, drug delivery resulting in death
  • Edward Owens, 46, of Akron, Ohio, three counts of battery, driving while intoxicated causing bodily injury, fleeing in a vehicle while driving under the influence. 
  • James Wilson Jr., 24, of Sissonville, destruction of property, attempt to commit a felony. 
  • Derrick Burdette, 37, of Kenna, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, child neglect creating risk of injury, sexual abuse of the first degree, sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in position of trust.
  • Brandon Hall, 30, of Evans, two counts of computer fraud, two counts of fraudulent use of an access device. 
  • Danielle Suzuki, 32, of Ripley, delivery of controlled substance heroin, transporting a controlled substance into the state with intent to deliver. 
  • Jeana Bailes, 31, of Evans, two counts of child abuse resulting in injury. 
  • Brian Jones, 30, of Columbus, Ohio, three counts of distribution and display to minor of obscene matter, two counts of soliciting a minor via computer, three counts of use of obscene matter to seduce minor. 
  • Gregory Hampton, 24, of Detroit, Michigan, unlawful possession of fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver heroin, conspiracy to commit a drug felony, conspiracy to commit a felony. 
  • Mekio Price, 23, of New Baltimore, Michigan, unlawful possession of fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver heroin, conspiracy to commit a drug felony, conspiracy to commit a felony. 
  • Jaree Jones, 22, of Detroit, Michigan, unlawful possession of fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver heroin, conspiracy to commit a drug felony, conspiracy to commit a felony.
