A new business was officially unveiled when Little Creek Crafts & More had its grand opening on Nov. 10.

Located in the building housing Cookie’s Hair Gallery on South Church Street in Ripley, the store offers over 30 artisans’ hand-made items. All the products must go through a jurying process for approval by owners Connie Fisher and Shayne Hannum.

“We want only high-quality merchandise,” Fisher said. “We have some fine items for sale here and they’re all West Virginia made.”

Currently, the shop contains wares such as foods, soy candles, soaps, handmade primitive, baby items, jewelry, wood products, pottery, and t-shirts.

Little Creek is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday-Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday. For information, call 304-532-8940.
