CHARLESTON –  Head coach Mick Price's Ravenswood Red Devils could not withstand a 13-1 Bridgeport run in the third quarter of Wednesday afternoon's first round matchup in the WV State Tournament in Charleston, as the Indians ran past the Devils for a 50-28 victory.

Despite an off and on first half, the Devils managed to claw back in the game and even went into the half tied with the Indians.  However, the aforementioned 13-1 run by Bridgeport was a part of a 32-10 second half scoring advantage for the Indians.  The Devils could not find any consistent offense, shooting just 8-of-33 (24.2%) for the game, including just 2-of-18 (11.1% from three point range.

Riley Heatherington was the high scorer for Ravenswood with eight points, followed by Hayden Mandrake and Logan Jarrett with six each.  Nick Greely paced the Indians with 17 points.

The loss ends Ravenswood's season with a 17-9 record.
