Helen Lorena “Jack” Casto, 90 of Given passed away February 15, 2018 at Eldercare of Ripley following a long illness.
She was born August 11, 1927 at Given a daughter of the late Brady Estel and Reva Hopkins Painter. She was a homemaker and loved to work outdoors on the farm and in the garden. She enjoyed cooking especially baking biscuit and fried apple pies.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Loren Leo Casto; a son Loren Lee Casto; brothers Ivan William Winfred “Bill” Painter and Brady Arden “Bud” Painter and a sister Ruth French Ryan.
She is survived by a son, Robert L. (Jeanette) Casto; grandchildren, Tammy (Ray) Casto, Kelly (Kim) Trussel, Estel Casto and David (Kelsey) Casto; great grandchildren, Michaila Casto, Kaitlin Casto, Kasey Brilles, Shayna (Charlie) Corns, David “Hemi” Casto, Shelly Casto, Joey Casto and Levi Casto and a great great grandson, Colton Corns.
Funeral Service will be 2:00 Sunday, February 18, 2018 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Given. Friends may call from noon until the time of service (2:00 pm) Sunday at the funeral home.
