Theodore Raymond Broscious, 86, of LeRoy, WV, passed away May 7, 2017, at his home following a brief illness.

He was born May 8, 1930, in Sunbury, PA, the son of the late Raymond Russell and Mildred Caroline (Bahner) Broscious. His first wife, Ella Mae Broscious and is second wife, Ruthie Elaine Broscious also preceded him in death.

Ted was United States Navy veteran and was a retired foreman from Kaiser Aluminum with nearly 40 years of service. He was a member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Ripley, a member of the Mill Creek Baptist Church at Frozen Camp and he enjoyed woodworking.

Survivors include his children, William Broscious (Donna) of Ravenswood, Raymond Broscious (Connie) of Ripley, Janet Langford (Larry) of Evans, Carl Broscious (Carolyn) of Oliver Springs, TN, and Barbara Boardman (Robert) of Sandyville; 15 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.

Service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, May 11, 2017, at Casto Funeral Home Chapel, Evans, WV, with Pastor Bob Keen officiating. Entombment will follow in Jackson County Memory Gardens Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service on Thursday, at the funeral home.
