Three people were arrested on marijuana charges after police raided local apartments recently.

Gregory A. Hackney, 06/07/1971, 410 Washington St., Apt. 16, Ravenswood, was charged with delivery of marijuana, conspiracy to commit a felony, and cultivation of marijuana.

Herman Thomas Payne, 2/28/1965, 410 Washington St., Apt. 15, Ravenswood, was charged with conspiracy to commit a felony and cultivation of marijuana.

Debra Sue Miller, 3/27/1970, 410 Washington St., Apt. 15, Ravenswood, was charged with conspiracy to commit a felony and cultivation of marijuana.

According to a criminal complaint filed in Jackson County Magistrate Court by Officer J.D. Garrett of the Ravenswood Police Department, at 12:33 a.m., on July 9, members of the Ravenswood Police Department and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search of apartments 15 and 16 at 410 Washington St., Ravenswood, and located four marijuana plants in the bathroom of apartment 15.

Outside the rear door of apartment 15, officers found 10 more plants.
