JACKSON COUNTY - The Ravenswood Red Devils moved to (2-0) tonight with a 41-12 shake down of Roane County at Flinn Field. Quarterback Heath Burgess did it all for the Devils as he scored two rushing touchdowns and two passing with one going to Rhys Jelich and another to Isaac Crow.

On the flipside of the county coin, the Ripley Vikings traveled to Winfield and enjoyed a 20-13 advantage at the half before being crop dusted for 36 second half points in a 49-20 setback.

Ripley's most exciting play was a 90-yard pass play from junior quarterback Trevor Tucker to senior wideout Cody Harris who slipped a tackle and raced to the endzone.

The Generals rolled up 529 yards of total offense while holding Ripley (0-3) scoreless in the second half to seal the victory.
