PRINCETON - The Ripley High soccer team made the long drive to Pikeview High School on Saturday.

The Blue and white were able to got one in the win column with a 4-2 victory. It has been a long season for the Vikings (2-9).

Coach Tim Ross is fielding a young team this season but has been able to get game experience for many underclassmen in the process.

Freshman Trenton Johnson led Ripley on this day as he scored two goals for the Vikings.

Logan McKinney and Ryan Faber rounded out the scoring for Ripley.

Jo Jo Greely-Fay notched two assists and Noah Ross had one for Ripley.

Senior goalkeeper Chuck Sleboda had 15 saves for the Vikings and recently had 30 saves in a game with Spring Valley earlier in the season.

The Vikings return to action tonight whe they travel to George Washington.
