XENIA, OH – Richard M. Costello, 61, of Xenia, OH, passed away Saturday evening, July 10, 2010, at Hospice of Dayton. He was born December 28, 1948, in Spokane, WA, the son of Richard E. and Edith Coleman Costello. He retired from Elano Corporation, was a graduate of Ripley High School and was a member of the Xenia Eagles Lodge #1689 for fifteen years.
He is survived by his wife, Kathryne R. Waldren-Costello; son and daughter-in-law Chris (Melissa) Costello of Xenia, OH; daughter Nikki Costello, Gastonia, NC; granddaughter Grace Costello; brother Dennis (Debbie) Costello, Ripley; two sisters Patty (Carl) Godtfredson, Alameda, CA, and Michelle (Charles) Ellis, Ravenswood; mother-in-law and father-in-law Rosalee and Tom Waldren; his cat “Jeffrey”.
A Memorial Visitation will be held from 2 till 4 p.m., Saturday, July 17, at the Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia, OH.
