2009 Winterfest at Cedar Lakes a "Santamental Journey"

Ripley, W.Va. -
The 6th annual Winterfest at Cedar Lakes officially opened Tuesday evening with the Grand Illumination Ceremony Gala and Awards Dinner.
Winterfest Committee member Mike Ruben called it a “Santamental journey” to travel through the park at night with the Christmas lights on.
The lights will remain on from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. nightly through January 3.
