The Jackson County Relay for Life committee is inviting the public to come out to celebrate the kickoff of the 2010 Relay for Life in Jackson County by joining them January 25, at 6:00 p.m. at Praise Cathedral, 500 Elwood Street, Ravenswood, for a planning meeting.

Everyone is welcome and cancer survivors, caretakers, team members, and sponsors are encouraged to attend to learn more about the 2010 Jackson Co Relay For Life, register your team, and enjoy our “Fundraising Expo!!” which includes Tastefully Simple, Beauti Control, Celebrating Home, Longaberger, Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, Avon and Tupperware. 

Door prizes will be awarded and refreshments will be served.

If traveling is hazardous due to weather, meeting will be cancelled and re-scheduled on February 1, 2010.

Relay for life is an annual team event to fight cancer.
