  • Grand jury returns 32 indictments

  • RIPLEY -  A Jackson County grand jury returned a total of 32 indictments following case presentments and deliberations Tuesday and Wednesday at the Jackson County Courthouse Those indicted include: 
     
    • Jack R. Greene was indicted on one felony count of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, one felony count of possession of substances to be used as precursors to manufacturing methamphetamine and count of conspiracy to commit a felony stemming from a July, 2013 investigation.
    • Stacia Greene was indicted on one felony count of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, one felony count of possession of substances to be used as precursors to manufacturing methamphetamine and count of conspiracy to commit a felony stemming from a July, 2013 investigation.
    • James Atkinson was indicted on one count of felony delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana) and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.
    • James M. Atkinson was indicted on one county of felony daytime burglary.
    • Blama Taylor Bolley was indicted on four counts of felony possession of a counterfeit access device and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony stemming from an August, 2013 investigation.
    • Gasumu Benjamin Kamara was indicted on four counts of felony possession of a counterfeit access device and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony stemming from an August, 2013 investigation.
    • Joshua A. Eggleston was indicted on one felony count of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory and one felony count of possession of substances to be used as precursors to manufacturing methamphetamine stemming from a September, 2013 incident.  
    • John Paul Kincaid was indicted on one felony count of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory and one felony count of possession of substances to be used as precursors to manufacturing methamphetamine and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony stemming from an October, 2013 investigation.
    • Walter Ray Cavender was indicted on one felony count of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory and one felony count of possession of substances to be used as precursors to manufacturing methamphetamine and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony stemming from an October, 2013 investigation.
    • Brian Christopher Carr was indicted on one felony count of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory and one felony count of possession of substances to be used as precursors to manufacturing methamphetamine and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony stemming from an October, 2013 investigation.
    • James Louis Neal, Sr. was indicted on four felony counts of second degree sexual assault, two felony counts of first degree sexual abuse, six felony counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust, four felony counts of incest, one felony count of failure to register as a sex offender and one misdemeanor count of domestic assault.

    • John Douglas Deleo was indicted on one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (marijuana).
    • Seth Eli Little was indicted on one felony count of possession of a stolen vehicle stemming from a May, 20914 incident involving a 1989 Ford F-150 truck.   
    • Timothy Shawn Wines was indicted on three felony counts of third degree sexual assault and one misdemeanor count of possession of child erotica.
    • Ashley Keiffer was indicted on two felony counts of daytime burglary, one count of conspiracy to commit a felony, one count of misdemeanor petit larceny and two misdemeanor counts of destruction of property.
    • Dusty Wineman was indicted on one felon count of breaking and entering, one felony count of grand larceny, one count of conspiracy to commit a felony, one misdemeanor count of destruction of property, one misdemeanor count of breaking and entering an automobile, one misdemeanor count of petit larceny and one count of conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor.
    • Christopher Adam Spaulding was indicted on one felony count of manufacturing a controlled substance (marijuana) stemming from a September, 2013 investigation.
    • Jessica Dianne Souther was indicted on one felony count of child neglect resulting in death and one felony county of DUI causing death stemming from a fatal traffic accident in August, 2013.
    • Shawn David Souther was indicted on one felony count of child neglect resulting in death stemming from a fatal traffic accident in August, 2013.
    • James Nicholas Carpenter was indicted on oen felony count of delivery of a controlled substance (morphine) and one misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor stemming from a December, 2013 investigation.
    • Ricky Parsons was indicted on one felony count of reckless fleeing in a vehicle.
    • Ralph Wesley Gumm was indicted on one felony count of DUI-third offense and one misdemeanor count of driving suspended/revoked for DUI stemming from a February, 2014 incident.
    • Lisa Gail Walker was indicted on one felony count of shoplifting-third offense stemming form a Fenruary, 2014 incident at Kroger.
    • William Michael White was indicted on one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (marijuana), one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (heroin), one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (oxycodone), one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (hydrocodone) and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony stemming from a March, 2014 investigation.
    • Danielle Amanda Boggess was indicted on one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (marijuana), one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (heroin), one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (oxycodone), one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (hydrocodone) and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony stemming from a March, 2014 investigation.
    Page 3 of 3 - • Timothy Shawn Wines was indicted on one felony count of nighttime burglary, one felony count of breaking and entering, one count of attempting to commit a felony, one misdemeanor count of destruction of property, one misdemeanor count of petit larceny, and one count of attempting to commit a misdemeanor stemming from a March, 2014 investigation.
    • Juan Christopher Legardy was indicted on one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (marijuana), one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (heroin), one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (oxycodone), one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (hydrocodone) and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony stemming from a March, 2014 investigation.
    • Jonathan Dewayne Eads was indicted on two felony counts of daytime burglary, one count of conspiracy to commit a felony, one count of misdemeanor petit larceny and two misdemeanor counts of destruction of property.
    • Jillian Carol Sayre was indicted on one felony counts of attempted murder, two felony counts of malicious wounding, two felony counts of child neglect creating risk of bodily injury, five misdemeanor counts of battery and one misdemeanor count of assault stemming from an April, 2014 incident.
    • Aaron Ward Nichols was indicted on one felon count of breaking and entering, one felony count of grand larceny, one count of conspiracy to commit a felony, one misdemeanor count of destruction of property, one misdemeanor count of breaking and entering an automobile, one misdemeanor count of petit larceny and one count of conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor.
    • Stephen Gregory Skaggs was indicted on two felony counts of daytime burglary, one count of conspiracy to commit a felony, one count of misdemeanor petit larceny and two misdemeanor counts of destruction of property.
    The majority of those indicted appeared to answer the charges in Jackson Circuit Court on Thursday.
