    DANGEROUSLY COLD AIR AND WIND CHILLS EXPECTED MONDAY AFTERNOON INTO TUESDAY. A SIGNIFICANT ARCTIC WINTER STORM WILL BRING DANGEROUSLY COLD TEMPERATURES TO THE AREA ON MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY.
    BEFORE THE COLD AIR ARRIVES THE STORM WILL BRING LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OVERNIGHT TONIGHT INTO MONDAY. THE ADVISORY INCLUDES THE CITIES OF RAVENSWOOD AND RIPLEY AND REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MONDAY.
    THE WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM MONDAY TO 3 PM TUESDAY.
    A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW
    REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO NOON MONDAY.
    * LOCATIONS IN SOUTHEAST OHIO, NORTHEAST KENTUCKY AND THE WESTERN LOWLANDS OF WEST VIRGINIA.
    * HAZARD TYPES: SNOW AND DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS:1 TO 2 INCHES.
    * WIND CHILL READINGS: 20 TO 30 BELOW ZERO.
    * TIMING: THE MOST SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL OCCUR LATE TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING.
    *THE WORST WIND CHILLS WILL BE FROM MONDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.
    * IMPACTS: VERY COLD TEMPERATURES COMBINED WITH STRONG GUSTY WINDS WILL CAUSE DANGEROUS WIND CHILL VALUES. PROLONGED EXPOSURE COULD LEAD TO FROSTBITE, HYPOTHERMIA. OR DEATH IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. LIMIT OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES.
    * RAPIDLY FALLING TEMPERATURES LATE TONIGHT COULD CAUSE A FLASH FREEZE OF WATER ON UNTREATED ROADWAYS.
    * WINDS: WEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.
