WIND CHILL WATCH = THE POTENTIAL FOR A COMBINATION OF VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS TO CREATE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES.

* LOCATIONS IN SOUTHEAST OHIO, NORTHERN KENTUCKY AND MUCH OF WEST VIRGINIA AND SOUTHWESTERN VIRGINIA.

 * WIND CHILL READINGS AS LOW AS 35 BELOW.

 * ON MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY MORNING.

 * THE VERY COLD TEMPERATURES COMBINED WITH STRONG GUSTY WINDS WILL CAUSE DANGEROUS WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS COULD BE SOME OF THE COLDEST VALUES IN THE LAST 15 YEARS.

* PROLONGED EXPOSURE COULD LEAD TO FROSTBITE OR HYPOTHERMIA, SO LIMIT OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES.

* WINDS WILL 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

* TAKE PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS

* TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM 10 BELOW TO 10 ABOVE ZERO.
