  • Jury hands down 42 indictments, including charges in meth lab case

  • KEYSER - A Mineral County Grand Jury handed down 42 indictments Tuesday, with the majority of the charges involving drug-related offenses.

    KEYSER - A Mineral County Grand Jury handed down 42 indictments Tuesday, with the majority of the charges involving drug-related offenses.
    Among those were four persons charged with operating or attempting to operate a meth lab, with the Mineral County Sheriff's Office conducting the investigation.
    Indicted on the "operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab" charges were:
    Bonnie Ann Kesner, currently housed in the Potomac Highlands Regional Jail and charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab, possession of substance to be used as precursors to the manufacture of methamphetamine, and conspiracy.
    Larry Allen Lyons, also in the Potomac Highlands Regional Jail, charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab, and conspiracy.
    Reginald Dee Redman, 214 East St., Keyser, operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab, and conspiracy.
    Becky E. Roby, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail, operating or attempting to opeate a clandestine drug lab, possession of substance to be used as precursors to manufacturing methamphetamine, and conspiracy.
    Others who were indicted, and the charges that were filed against them, included (all charges are felonies unless otherwise noted):
    Daniel Adam Shugars, third offense driving while revoked for DUI.
    Lindsey Marie Favara, Route 6, Keyser, three counts of attempting to obtain a controlled substance my misrepresentation or fraud.
    William Lee Bell, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail, breaking and entering of a building other than a dwelling, and a misdemeanor of petit larceny.
    Kristian Leigh VanMeter, 12838 Meadow Ave., Cresaptown, grand larceny.
    Edward Earl Kile, 75 Vernon St., Keyser, manufacturing a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
    Kayla Marie Suter, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail, burglary, grand larceny and conspiracy.
    Jeffrey Luke Talbert, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail, burglary and grand larceny.
    Jason Lee Gordon, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail, grand larceny.
    Cort William Anderson, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail, manufacturing of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
    Sherry Susan Moorehead, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail, three counts of malicious assault, one count of attempted malicious assault, three misdemeanor counts of domestic battery and one misdemeanor of violating a domestic violence protective order.
    Jamie Robert Clark, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
    William David Adams, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail, fleeing in a vehicle while driving under the influence, driving under the influence third offense, reckless fleeing, and attempted malicious wounding.
    Michelle Maria Besley, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail, deliver of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, transporting a controlled substance into the state, and conspiracy.
    Sophia Lorae Satchell, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail, principal in the second degree to delivery of a controlled substance, principal in the second degree to transporting a controlled substance into the state, conspiracy.

    Nancy Kay Lambert, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail, attempted breaking and entering and escape from custody.
    Philip Scott Skelley, Green Spring, W.Va., two counts of bringing stolen property into the state.
    Dylon Earl Fincham, aka Dylon Earl Largent, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail, burglary, attempted grand larceny, and conspiracy.
    Donald Lee Rutter, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail, burglary, grand larceny, attempted grand larceny, and conspiracy.
    Jordan Thomas Rutter, 523 W. Piedmont St., Keyser, burglary, attempted grand larceny, and conspiracy.
    Harley Clinton Shreve, Route 1, Keyser, first degree sexual assault, attempted sexual abuse in the first degree, and a misdemeanor charge of battery.
    Mark Ramon Nixon, Route 1, Ridgeley, deliver of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a firearm, and conspiracy.
    Angela Nicole Broadway, Route 1, Ridgeley, delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, and two counts of conspiracy.
    Charles Douglas Cobak, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail, delivery of a controlled substance, transporting a controlled substance into the state, possession with intent to deliver, two counts of conspiracy, and a misdemeanor charge of receiving or transferring stolen property.
    Heather Dawn Miller, Route 1, Highview, W.Va., third offense shoplifting.
    Jeremy Collin Jennings, 281 Oak Rd., Burlington, extortion and a misdemeanor charge of of destruction of property.
    Gary Lee Ravenscroft, 632 Columbia St., Fairmont, fraudulent schemes.
    Wayne Kevin Meyer, Route 6, Keyser, fraudulent use of a credit card, fraudulent use of an access device.
    Ryan Michael Redman, 139 Argyle St., Keyser, grand larceny.
    John Jason Clark, New Creek, manufacturing a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
    Christopher Lee Shriver, 10317 Borden Rd., Frostburg, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
    Tyler Edward Holland, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail, gross neglect of a child creating risk or injury, plus misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence with a minor and carrying a concealed deadly weapon without a license.
    In addition, in a special prosecutor case, Gretta Lynn Ramsey was charged with embezzlement.
