  • COTTAGEVILLE - It's finally here Jackson County…this year's Relay For Life event at the Jackson County Junior Fairgrounds tomorrow night (Friday, June 7) at 6pm.
This year promises to be more exciting than ever before. With the new location and more added excitement for everyone, more people are getting involved and lacing up their shoes to help support the fight against cancer during the American Cancer Society Relay For Life.
Participants on teams of 10 to 15 or larger, will take turns walking the track during the event.
Bring your family out for a night of fun, food and music! Join the excitement of buying items from our teams to help them in raising money to fight cancer and save lives.
Entertainment, games, great prizes and team building experiences are all a part of the fun. Call the American Cancer Society at 304-347-5869, for more information.
More people than ever before are surviving cancer. By taking part in the American Cancer Society Relay For Life, you can pay tribute to those survivors -- and honor the memory of friends and loved ones.
This is a community-wide event not just for teams or participants. Bring your kids, family and friends to this great, free event. We invite the whole community to come out for this celebration of life.
Join us for live music from country artist Abby Sloan, the Nashville Stars and The Zappers as they all take the stage throughout the night to entertain and amaze you.
There will be food for everyone as the teams fund raise on site, free kids activities and more.
We have our Survivor celebration at 7 p.m., along with the Luminaria ceremony at dark.
This is the most entertaining, powerful event you will ever attend. Don't miss it!
