  • Ripley receives transportation enhancement grant

  • On Monday, Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin, in conjunction with the Federal Highway Administration and the West Virginia Division of Highways, presented $7,036,864 in federal funds awarded to 36 projects as part of the 2012 Transportation Enhancement Grant Program.
