Brenda Mobley has joined the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce and Jackson County Development Authority as Program Manager after serving for many years with the West Virginia Department of Agriculture (WVDA), Charleston, WV. Brenda is a graduate of Ripley High School and a graduate of WVU-P with an AAS degree in Office Administration and an AAS degree in Business Administration. She also received the Regents Bachelor of Arts degree from Glenville State College.

Brenda brings to us over 25 years of experience with state government in West Virginia and has worked in various areas including human resources, office management, promotions, homeland security, financial aid, and various loan programs just to name a few. Prior to her employment at the WVDA she was employed at WVU-Parkersburg Jackson County Center, Jackson County Board of Education, and the Mountain State Art & Craft Fair. She has been involved with wellness programs, youth activities, American Red Cross, American Heart Association, Read Aloud Program, and has been a faithful supporter of the Jackson County Junior Fair.

Scandal shot to series highs Thursday with its hotly anticipated reveal of President Fitz's shooter.The drama drew its biggest audience and adults 18-to-49 rating ever - 7.4 million viewers and a 2.5 - and was up three-tenths from last week. Lead-ins Last Resort (5.5 million, 1.2) and Grey's Anatomy (8.9 million, 3.0) were up and steady, respectively.Fall TV Report Card: How's the new class doing?CBS won the night, led by another strong performance from The Big Bang Theory (17.4 million, 5.3).
