Melissa Missy Spangler joined the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce as Program Manager after serving as an American Family Insurance Agent in Centerville, OH. She is originally from WV and a graduate of Ritchie County High School. She graduated from Robert Morris University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing, with a minor in Entrepreneurship. She received her Master's in Business Administration from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2006. Previously, Melissa has interned at Simonton Windows, Inc. within their marketing department where she designed sales plans for specific product lines and client accounts. She has also worked at St. Joseph's Hospital in Buckhannon, WV serving as the temporary foundation director. While managing her insurance agency she served on several boards including: Greater Dayton Apartment Association's Rent Foundation, Xenia Board of Parks and Recreation, and Centerville Optimist Childhood Cancer. She had served as Chairperson for 2 years for the Greene County Relay for Life where she managed and organized the event.

CBS topped Tuesday night with some help from Gibbs, Rudolph and some Angels.The network's annual broadcast of The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show was the highest-rated program of the night with a 3.5 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic and 9.3 million viewers. Lead-in Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (10.1 million, 2.9) and an NCIS repeat (11.1 million, 2.0) also performed well.Fall TV Report Card: How's the new class doing?The Voice (11.3 million, 3.4) was down-fourth tenths from last week, but the rest of NBC's lineup was flat or within a point of last week's numbers.Without Dancing with the Stars as a lead-in, ABC's Happy Endings (3.5 million, 1.3) and Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 (3 million, 1.2) were actually up from their last new episodes.
