  • Samuel Adams raising money for Sandy relief
  • Samuel Adams is having an impromptu fundraiser to help raise money for those affected by Superstorm Sandy.

On Thursday (Nov. 15), Samuel Adams will host a special open house at its Jamaica Plain brewery. All money from the tickets will go directly to the Red Cross Foundation.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and last call is 8:40 p.m.

Tickets are available by clicking here.

There are two different packages. The Beer Enthusiast tickets are $25 each. You get four Samuel Adams beer samples, including some limited releases, a free Samuel Adams Lager glass, and light fare.

The other tier is the Beer Extremist. The Beer Extremist will get a sample of the Samuel Adams 10th Anniversary Utopias, an empty 10th Anniversary Utopias bottle signed by founder Jim Koch, five samples of beers, including limited releases, a glass and light fare.

The Beer Extremist tickets are $50.

If you’re around on Thursday, this seems like a great way to help raise money for those who really need it.
