• David Kestner was sentenced to serve sentences of 5-18 years and 1-15 years concurrently in the Department of Corrections with credit for time served after probation revocation.
• James Meadows was declared incompetent to stand trial; an evaluation was ordered.
• Brandon Fields entered guilty pleas to grand larceny and conspiracy to commit a felony; a 60-day pre-sentencing evaluation was ordered. Fields was also ordered to pay $2,000 restitution to River City Perk.
• Bootie Bowen had her probation revoked; sentencing is set for October 19.
• Samuel Hines entered a guilty plea to possession of alprazolom with intent to deliver; a 60-day pre-sentencing evaluation was ordered.
• Heather Stewart was sentenced to 1-5 years home confinement for conspiracy to commit a felony and ordered to play $1,100 restitution.
• Peter Lizon of Leroy had his bond motion denied.
• Tosha Lang had her case continued to October 15. She faces 1-15 year home confinement with credit for time served for delivery of a controlled substance-heroin.
• Daniel J. Palmer III pled guilty to manufacturing marijuana and DUI-third offense; sentencing is set for November 26.
• Courtney Cavender had her home confinement revoked; case continued to October 15.
• Danny Merinar had his home confinement revoked; case continued to October 15.
• Bobby Davis, Jr. failed to appear for his felony case; bond was revoked and a warrant issued.
• Rickey D. Hatfield entered a guilty plea; sentencing is set for December 3.
