Three face meth charges after traffic stops

Three county residents face meth charges following traffic stops Friday afternoon.

Charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory are Michael Wayne Phillips, Jr., 28, of Cottageville; and Regina A. Tanner, 33, and Melissa D. Reece, 30, both of Ripley.
