RIPLEY - In front of a rowdy crowd at Memorial Stadium on Tuesday, The Ripley High soccer team (1-9) dropped a heartbreaker to the visiting Princeton Tigers, 3-2.

Princeton led at the half 1-0 and managed to put another goal on the board before JoJo Greely-Fay scored for Ripley. Later in the half the score was tied when Cody Sanders scored late in the half on a 15-footer near the goal.

With two minutes left the Tigers scored dramatically on a shot that goalkeeper Chuck Sleboda initially blocked but was chipped back in on a second attempt. Sleboda was credited unoficially with six saves on the evening.
