Two Ripley area men face multiple sex charges with the victims in the crimes being juvenile females, ages five and six.
Armando Raul Avila-Morales, 30, of Ripley, and Eduardo X. Tuil, 23, no address given, remain lodged in the South Central Regional Jail. Morales was arrested August 23 and Tuil was arrested August 26 after investigations spearheaded by West Virginia State Police Cpl. T.M. Davita.
Morales is charged with one count of alleged sexual assault and two counts of alleged first degree sexual abuse involving a six-year-old female. Bond was set at $300,000 by Magistrate Jackie Casto.
Tuil is charged with five counts of alleged first degree sexual abuse involving two female victims, ages five and six. Bond was set at $500,000 by Magistrate Tom Reynolds.
