Two nabbed with drugs in Ripley

Two men remain lodged in the South Central Regional Jail on felony drug and conspiracy charges, after their arrests September 5 by Ripley Police Department officers.
David E. Murray, 43, of Spencer and Dale C. Smith, Jr., 28, of Leroy, each face charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit a felony.
