Jackson General Hospital just completed its first week at the Jackson County Jr. Fair in a new role…Mobile First Aid Station.

During the entire week, JGH Staff members and clinical personnel worked shifts handing out water, band-aids, informational brochures, etc.

They also performed minor first aid to fair participants and attendees.

This "cool down station" camper was a comfortable place for those who needed relief from the heat.

JGH worked in conjunction with the Jackson County EMS, by providing minor first aid and assessment in order for the EMS to concentrate

on more serious matters and transport.

JGH was proud to be such a big part of this year’s fair that supports our local youth!

We very much appreciate David and Chrystal Jenkins for opening and closing the area each day and covering any unmanned

shifts!

Volunteers during the week were: James Payne, Rhonda Davis, Diana Stanton, Joseph Gilpin, Patti Swann, Kim Izold,

Dr. Mike McIntosh, Connie McIntosh, Matt Brohard, Julia Hoffman, Erin Randolph, Janet Pancake,Debbie Casto, Shelly Wilham,

Becky Robinson, Brenda Greene, Marvin Brohard, Jeff Tabor, Stephanie McCoy,

Sara Haile, JD Haile, Sherry Quick, Melissa Easter, Jenny Simon, Delores Cummings, and Janet Langford.

Thank you to everyone who donated their valuable time to helping JGH provide serviceto the community during this wonderful out-

reach opportunity.
