Charles Samuel "Sam" Bumpus, 74, of Charleston passed away Friday, August 28, 2015 at CAMC Memorial Hospital following a short illness.  Sam was born October 7, 1940 in Kanawha County, a son of the late Ira and Eunice Melton Bumpus.
